How we work
Every order is specification-led. Rather than selling a fixed catalogue, we confirm the wiring standard, material, finish, dimensions, packaging and compliance requirements first, produce a sample for approval, and only then start bulk production. This keeps the gap between what a buyer expects and what arrives at the port as small as possible.
Communication and lead times
Buyers deal with one contact who handles both divisions, so a mixed order does not have to be coordinated between two teams. Quotations are returned with unit price, sample cost, lead time and the documents required for the destination market stated clearly.
